BETA members and insureds can report an incident or claim, or an adverse event “HEART Event,” to BETA Healthcare Group in the member area of the BETA website.

Reporting a BETA HEART Event (or “HEART Event”)
BETA members participating in BETA HEART® are requested to report HEART Events (adverse events resulting in harm) within five business days of discovering the event, as doing so initiates support to an organization in responding to a harm event and applying the BETA HEART approach.
