Our team of risk professionals, experts in their clinical fields, helps professional liability member healthcare organizations proactively identify areas for improvement by conducting an evaluation of service. Working alongside your team, we serve as consultants to the organization and review policies and procedures, observe team behaviors and communication, and look at quality, risk management, and key metrics that may indicate risks.
